2008 Blanc de Blancs Method Traditional Sparkling
The best of the best. This elegant vintage sparkling is produced using chardonnay fruit only, sourced from premium vineyards in Langhorne Creek and is only made when vintage conditions are of a very high standard, as was the case in 2008. The wine is a reflection of not only the vintage, but also the vineyard sites.
