Rose'

After a lot of pressure from the girls in the Gipsie Office the winemakers, Ben and John finally relented and agreed to make them a Rose`. Much to the girls delight everyone loves the dry styled Rose` with one of our colleagues describing it as the best domestic Rose` on the market. (The girls are now pushing for some Bubbles).

Unfortunately only a very limited amount is available for sale. Try it the first chance you get, as you won't see it again until next year.

TASTING NOTES

Delicate and attractive, salmon pink in colour.

Aromas of a sun drenched strawberry patch.

Classic dry styled Rose`. Soft and flavoursome with a crisp acid finish.

Thai and Asian food will compliment this Rose` beautifully.
